Refund & Deposit Policy – Eden Habitats

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your build slot and begin work on your custom enclosure.

 

Once a deposit has been received:

 

• Your project is scheduled and materials may be ordered or allocated.

• The deposit is strictly non-refundable, as it covers initial design time, labour, and material costs.

 

 

If a customer chooses to cancel their order:

 

• Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• If work has already begun, Eden Habitats reserves the right to charge for any additional labour or materials incurred beyond the deposit amount.

 

 

In the unlikely event that Eden Habitats must cancel the project:

 

• A full refund of any payments made will be issued.

 

 

By paying the deposit, you agree to these terms
