Terms & Conditions – Eden Habitats
1. Orders & Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and begin work on any custom enclosure. No work will commence until the deposit has been received.
2. Custom Builds
All enclosures are custom-built to the specifications agreed with the customer prior to construction. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all sales are final once production has begun.
3. Cancellations
If an order is cancelled after a deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded. This covers time spent on design, planning, and materials.
If Eden Habitats is required to cancel a project, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.
4. Changes to Orders
Any changes requested after the build has been agreed or commenced may result in additional charges and/or delays. Eden Habitats reserves the right to accept or decline changes depending on the stage of the build.
5. Lead Times
All lead times provided are estimates and may vary depending on workload, material availability, and project complexity. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
6. Payments
The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or upon completion of the build, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Delivery & Installation
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and installation. Any issues arising from restricted access may result in additional charges.
8. Responsibility & Use
Eden Habitats is not responsible for misuse of the enclosure or for the health and wellbeing of animals housed within. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct husbandry, heating, and maintenance.
9. Warranty
We stand by the quality of our builds. Any issues relating to workmanship must be reported within a reasonable timeframe. This does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or improper setup after installation.
10. Agreement
By paying a deposit, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
