All enclosures are delivered using a trusted third-party specialist reptile/animal courier that we work closely with.

Shipping is quoted separately from the enclosure price.

Delivery cost varies based on size, weight, and location.

All deliveries include insurance until the enclosure is handed over safely.
We will arrange the courier for you and confirm a delivery date once the build is complete.
2. Dispatch Times
Because all enclosures are hand-built to order, dispatch times vary.
Typical build times:

Standard builds: 2–4 weeks

Large or highly customised builds: 4–8 weeks
We will keep you updated throughout the process.
3. Delivery Terms

The courier will contact you with an estimated delivery window.

You must ensure someone is present to receive the enclosure.

Upon delivery, the courier will complete a safe handover.

Any damages must be reported immediately at delivery so the insurance is valid.
4. Failed Delivery
If no one is available to receive the enclosure:

A redelivery fee may be charged

Insurance does not cover unattended redeliveries

We cannot leave enclosures unattended or with neighbours
5. Returns & Refunds
Because every enclosure is custom-built, we cannot accept returns unless:

The item is damaged in transit (reported immediately), or

We have made an error in your design
